Ballots will be mailed to registered voters beginning Thursday, October 14. The last day to mail a ballot through the United States Postal Service is October 27; after that, ballots should be dropped off at an official ballot drop site or delivered directly to the Washington County Elections office before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3.
